The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched a comprehensive review of its Arbitration Law and its implementing regulations, undertaken by entities such as the National Competitiveness Center, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Justice, and others. This review aims to enhance and facilitate the arbitration environment and attract more international disputes to Saudi Arabia.
